"As part of the Airbus Customer Service team, I work on-site with the airline providing tech support to various departments including, Maintenance, Engineering, Flight Ops, Safety, etc. and provide feedback to Airbus. Field Service requires building relationships, throughout the airline and Airbus, constantly staying on our toes and my favorite, solve giant logic puzzles, aka troubleshoot and fix airplanes. Never give up, this role is technical but you can do it, I did! Learn the aircraft system by system, button by button and soon you too will master the airplane!"
