2023-06-17 Project Jackpot-Zenith CH-750 Youth Build
Youth project to assemble Zenith Cruzer CH-750 from a factory kit. The building project meets every Saturday in our hangar at Whiteman Airport. Time period is typically 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm with work primarily performed between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Youth are primarily middle and high school students plus several special case grade school students. Attendance is typically 15 to 25 youth and 10 to 15 adults. Experienced EAA members serve as instructors and safety monitors.

2024-04-28 Fly-In and Drive-In
All you can eat breakfast, hot cakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, fried potatoes ,fruit cocktail, coffee and orange juice. Free Young Eagles airplane for ages 8 to 17, weather permitting and pilots available.
2024-05-02 Young Eagles Club
Our Young Eagles Club meets every-other week and is currently building the EAA Build & Fly eLT40 RC airplane kit. Once completed youth will be able to check out the plane and fly it at our local AMA RC flying filed which is right down the street from our chapter.
2024-05-04 Lexington Young Eagles Rally
EAA Chapter 604 is hosting a Young Eagles Rally at Lexington, OR airport (9S9) for youth interested in aviation and possibly learning to fly. Airport Manager, Sandi, will also have information about this event.
2024-05-11 Baraboo Young Eagles Rally
Area youth ages 8-17 will have a chance to take to the skies on Saturday, May 11th, as EAA Chapter 931 hosts a Young Eagles Flight Rally at Baraboo-Dells Airport in Baraboo, WI. Following the flight, each young person, will receive a certificate making him or her an official Young Eagle. Their name will then be entered into the “World’s Largest Logbook,” which is on permanent display at the EAA Museum in Oshkosh, WI.
